Terms and Conditions of Supply

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bintez Limited website and our treatment coordination services. By contacting us, booking a consultation, or proceeding with a treatment plan through Bintez Limited (“Bintez”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Bintez Limited is a UK-registered company, with a registered address at Unit Da2 Sutherland House, 43 Sutherland Road, London, United Kingdom, E17 6BU, that coordinates health tourism journeys between patients in the UK and independent partner hospitals and clinics in Turkey.

2. The nature of our services

Bintez is a coordination and facilitation service. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and we do not ourselves perform any medical or dental procedure. All treatments are carried out by independent, third-party hospitals and clinics that we work with in Turkey. Those clinics, and the licensed medical professionals within them, are solely responsible for the medical advice given, the treatment performed, and the clinical outcome.

3. Consultations and treatment plans

Following an initial enquiry, we will work with you and our partner clinics to prepare a treatment plan and quote based on the information you provide. Treatment plans, prices, and timelines are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised following an in-person or video assessment by the treating clinic, particularly where your medical circumstances differ from what was initially described.

4. Your responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and current health;
• Follow the pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by the treating clinic;
• Arrange appropriate travel insurance covering your trip and any pre-existing conditions; and
• Attend appointments and consultations as scheduled, and inform us promptly of any changes.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices quoted to you will set out what is included in your treatment package. Any additional treatment recommended by the clinic once you are in Turkey, beyond what was originally agreed, will be discussed and agreed with you directly before proceeding. Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed with you as part of your individual treatment plan.

6. Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits or costs already incurred (such as clinic booking fees), will be set out in your individual treatment plan or quote, as these can vary by clinic and treatment type.

7. Travel and accommodation

Where travel and accommodation arrangements are included as part of your package, these are provided by third-party airlines, hotels and transfer providers. While we select and coordinate these providers with care, Bintez is not liable for delays, cancellations or other issues caused by third-party travel or accommodation providers that are outside of our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

Because medical and dental treatment is provided by independent third-party clinics and not by Bintez directly, Bintez does not accept liability for the clinical outcome of any procedure. Our responsibility is limited to the coordination services we provide directly, including the accuracy of information we pass on and the arrangements we make on your behalf. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

9. Complaints

If you have a concern about the coordination service we provided, please contact us using the details below and we will do our best to resolve it. Concerns about clinical care or treatment outcomes should also be raised with the treating clinic directly, and we will support you in doing so.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Bintez Limited and may not be reproduced without our permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
